Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
30ml campari
30ml see method for ingredients, using raspberry variation
90ml brut champagne, (or dry sparkling wine)
a twist grapefruit peel, to garnish

Method

  1. Put the first two ingredients into a shaker, add plenty of cubed ice and shake hard until the shaker is very frosty. Fill a glass halfway with crushed ice and fine-strain the drink into it. Top with Champagne and float the garnish on top.

Note

  • Tastes refreshing, bitter, sweet and a little sour.

Note

  • This is best served in a collins glass.
