A fiery marinade made with fresh ginger and Sriracha sauce.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100ml traditionally brewed soy sauce
65ml toasted sesame oil
31/2 tablespoons see method for ingredients
50g fresh ginger, finely grated
1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
4 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

Method

  1. Whisk together all the ingredients. The marinade should be a fairly thick consistency – use sparingly to coat fish. Store in a sterilised jar in the fridge. This will keep for up to 3 days.
