This bad-boy Asian slaw is so simple to make and can be paired with most dishes. We also reckon this would work for other non-pokerelated dishes; for example it would go down really well at a Luau with some slow-cooked pork. Dribble!

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/2 chinese leaf cabbage, core removed and leaves finely sliced
1/2 fennel bulb, julienned
3 tablespoons see method for ingredients, Wasabi Mayo Sauce
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
1/2 lime, juiced
pinch salt
coriander cress, (micro cilantro)

Method

  1. Place the cabbage and fennel in a bowl. Add the mayo, sesame seeds, lime juice and salt, and mix to combine. Coat all the veg thoroughly. Transfer to the fridge to cool. Dress with coriander cress before serving.
