Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons li hing powder, (available from Amazon and larger Asian stores or use freeze-dried raspberry powder)
70g sugar

Method

  1. Combine the Li Hing powder with the sugar. Roll the hot doughnuts straight from the fryer to evenly coat in the sour, sugary mix.
