Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500g fresh rice noodles
1 tablespoon chinese barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, lightly toasted

Method

  1. Cut the rice noodles into thin strips. Place into a bowl and pour boiling water over them, cover and leave to soak for 5 minutes. Alternatively, put the sliced noodles in a colander and steam over a saucepan of boiling water for a few minutes until heated through. Drain well and put the noodles into a serving bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss lightly to combine.
