Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500ml strong chicken stock
2 squares fresh tofu
125g cooked chicken, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Method

  1. Put the stock in a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the tofu and chicken, reduce the heat to low and simmer until heated through. Serve the soup with the coriander sprinkled over the top.
