For a delicious hot chocolate drink, top up with 250 ml full-fat milk and serve in little cups.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
150g Caramelised white chocolate
300ml double cream

Method

  1. In a small saucepan over a low heat, gently heat the chocolate with the cream, stirring frequently. After about 5 minutes, the chocolate will fully melt into the cream and form a smooth sauce.
  2. Continue to warm until hot but not boiling. Serve warm as you would a custard.
