Choose a good-quality ice cream, a tub that feels heavy in your hand. Remove the ice cream from the freezer a few minutes before it’s needed to allow it to become the texture of soft serve, but do not let it melt.

I like to disguise this as Guinness and top with double cream. Very naughty!

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500ml dark chocolate ice cream
75ml milk stout, ice cold
1 tablespoon malted milk powder

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the jug of a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve.
