This recipe is dedicated to Granny who, lacking a cocktail shaker, used an empty milk carton to shake Pisco Sours.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
60ml Flapjack vodka
2 tablespoons double cream
2 tablespoons full-fat milk
2 tablespoons Simple caramel syrup
ice cubes
grating of nutmeg, (optional)
toasted oats from flapjack vodka, (optional)

Method

  1. Measure all the ingredients (except the oats, if using, and nutmeg) into a cocktail shaker. Top up the shaker with ice. Shake well for 30 seconds or until the shaker is frosted.
  2. Fill a tumbler with ice. Strain the punch over the ice into the glass and serve immediately. For added crunch and sweetness, top with a sprinkle of toasted oats or cinnamon, if using.
