Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100ml Coriander oil
100ml Mint oil
1 scotch bonnet chilli, deseeded and deveined
100g parsley leaves
50g coriander leaves
50g mint leaves
1 teaspoon toasted cumin seeds
2 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
3cm piece of peeled ginger, roughly chopped
pinch sea salt
2 limes, juiced

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz on high speed until combined.
