Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100ml ketchup
100ml mayonnaise
pinch sea salt
pinch freshly ground black pepper
50g cornichons, finely chopped
2 jalapeno chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
dash worcestershire sauce
1 lime, juiced

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, mayonnaise and salt and pepper.
  2. Fold the cornichons and jalapeños into the mix, making sure they are distributed evenly – alternatively you can use a blender to do this.
  3. Add the Worcestershire sauce and, to add some zing, the lime juice.
