Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
15 long red chillies
5 bird’s-eye chillies
2 tablespoons sea salt
5 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Method

  1. Pulse all the ingredients in a blender until you have a rough paste. Place in a sterilized glass jar and seal. Stir daily for a week, after which the paste will be slightly fermented and ready to use.
