This unusual-but-tasty smoothie has a fabulous texture, thanks to the chia seeds. These little shots of omega 3 help to increase the anti-inflammatory punch already delivered by the carotenoids in the fruits. This smoothie does come out quite thick, so you could easily transfer it to a bowl and top with seeds and chopped fruits as a dessert or breakfast.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 mango, peeled and pitted
1/4 cantaloupe melon, peeled and deseeded
150g natural live probiotic yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend into a thick smoothie.
