OK, for most of the year here in the UK, enjoying an ice lolly is wishful thinking. But I have found these little treats are a great delivery system for some wonderful ingredients that can offer benefit during an attack of the bloats.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/2 large pineapple, peeled, eyes and any tough core removed, flesh chopped
150g natural live probiotic yogurt
5 drops peppermint oil

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender, then blend into a smoothie-like texture.
  2. Pour this mixture into ice lolly moulds and freeze overnight.

Note

  • Best for bloating.
