This is a great sauce to go with salmon. It works well with freshly cooked salmon, but also smoked salmon and poached eggs. Pretty versatile really.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 salmon fillets

For the sauce

Quantity Ingredient
1 very large avocado
2 tablespoons greek yogurt
3 tablespoons chopped dill
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 lemon, juiced
sea salt
black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Bake the salmon in the oven for around 20 minutes.
  3. To make the sauce, place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz into a smooth sauce. Serve with the salmon.
