100g firm strawberries

Method

  1. Slice the strawberries thinly and place on a sheet of baking paper.
  2. Dehydrate the strawberries for 1½–2 hours in a preheated 90°C oven for 20–25 minutes, or for about 8 hours in a food dehydrator on high, until crisp.
  3. Leave to cool, then store between sheets of baking paper in a completely dry, well-sealed container. The crisps will keep in a cool dark place for several days.
