This is an absolute classic and goes very well with all seafood, especially calamari. Don’t be afraid of garlic, it’s your friend, and also good for you.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 quantity Basic mayo
4 garlic cloves, crushed
2 lemons, juiced
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  2. The flavour will get stronger the longer you leave it.
