Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
250g cream cheese
2 tinned chipotle chillies
1 slice stale bread
2 tablespoons sour cream
salt

Method

  1. Place cream cheese, chillies and bread into a blender or food processor.
  2. While blending, carefully pour in the cream so the mixture turns smooth.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and mix in salt to taste. Serve with corn chips.
