Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 large chicken fillet, cooked and sliced
500g zucchini, cubed and cooked
3 chillies, sliced, (fresh or bottled)
3 avocados, cubed
1 carrot, cooked and sliced
5 stuffed green olives
250ml sour cream
salt and pepper
2 tomatoes, quartered
coriander, to garnish

Method

  1. Combine the chicken, zucchini, chillies, avocadoes, carrot and olives in a large bowl with half the cream.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Top with the rest of the cream and garnish with the tomato quarters and the coriander.
