Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tin condensed milk
2 tablespoons water
10 egg yolks
1/4 cup cream
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
coloured tissue paper, for wrapping

Method

  1. Place condensed milk, water, egg yolks and cream into a saucepan. Cook over a low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is thick.
  2. Pour mixture onto a tray and allow to cool.
  3. When cool enough, form small balls (the size of walnuts) with the palms of your hands.
  4. Roll the sweets into a mixture of the sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Wrap in coloured paper and store in an airtight container. These sweets are a perfect addition to a piñata!
