Ingredients

1 garlic clove
1 see method for ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup rice
1 cup see method for ingredients
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup frozen peas

Method

  1. Fry garlic and whole chilli in oil. When brown add uncooked rice and cook for 2 minutes stirring continuously. Add tomato purée, stock and peas. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked.
