Ingredients

2 cups cooked kidney beans
1/4 onion
4 chipotle chillies
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Serve with enchiladas.
