Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 ripe tomatoes
1 medium onion
4 red chillies
4 sprigs coriander
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lime, juiced
salt

Method

  1. Chop all vegetables and the coriander very finely and toss together until mixed well. Add olive oil, coating all ingredients. Add salt to taste.
  2. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
