Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 large skinless, boneless chicken breast, (approximately 200 g)
500ml water
3 pink peppercorns
1/2 white onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon white vinegar
4 Little buns
Red sauce

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients, except the pambazos and salsa, in a saucepan over a medium heat. Bring to the boil and then reduce the heat to low, simmering for 30 minutes or until the chicken is very tender.
  2. Remove the chicken from the stock and shred using 2 forks.
  3. Fill the pambazos while the meat is still hot. Smother the chicken with the salsa roja and serve.
