Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/4 savoy cabbage, shredded thinly
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
2 carrots, peeled and julienned
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon salt flakes
60ml light olive oil

Method

  1. Combine the vegetables in a bowl. Whisk the lemon juice, salt and oil together and dress the vegetables at the moment of serving.
