Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/2 garlic clove
salt flakes
2 tablespoons see method for ingredients
35ml white wine vinegar
125ml light olive oil
freshly ground black pepepr

Method

  1. Crush the garlic with a pinch of salt using a mortar and pestle until very smooth, then stir in the harissa. Whisk in the vinegar followed by the oil and season with salt and pepper
