Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
100g sunflower seeds
40g pine nuts
40g sesame seeds
100ml tamari

Method

  1. Combine the seeds in a medium, clean, dry non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Move the seeds back and forth and toss to evenly toast them through, about 5 minutes. Once all the seeds have been evenly toasted to golden brown, remove the pan from the heat and add the tamari. Stir the seeds to ensure they are fully coated then leave the pan to cool.
  2. Once cool, break the crunchy seed mix into small pieces with your hands and store them in a sealed container.
