Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
40g greek style yoghurt
1 garlic clove, finely grated
finely grated zest of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
salt flakes
freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Keep in the refrigerator until needed.
