Another-time saver in the morning, as this is prepared the night before. Loads of fresh, healthy flavours and a blend of crunchy, chewy and smooth, this really gives you the energy to face a busy day. Again you can switch ingredients to put your own spin on this.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
225g rolled oats
500ml full-cream milk
2 apples, grated, (skin on)
1 lemon, juiced
1 lemon, finely grated zest
75g honey
40g sultanas
150g plain yoghurt
75g strawberries, hulled and mashed
25g hazelnuts or almonds, flaked
1 orange, segmented
75g frozen raspberries

Method

  1. Soak the oats in the milk and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
  2. Mix the grated apple with the lemon juice and zest.
  3. Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate overnight before serving.
