As we mentioned earlier, we make smoothies almost every day. They are different depending on the season and what we have in our fridge, freezer and fruit basket. We vary this simple smoothie by adding superfood powders, seeds, nuts, pea or hemp protein powder and herbs.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
125g fresh berries
4 tablespoons dried goji berries
1 banana
350ml oat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until nice and smooth; add extra milk if you prefer it thinner. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
