If you have never tried making your own juice, you are in for a real treat. Although you can make juice with a blender, we recommend using a juice machine for the best results. You can juice most vegetables and it’s a great way to increase your intake of vitamins and minerals. Since not all vegetables taste great as they are, we usually add some tanginess and sweetness. Lemon adds a fresh flavour to green vegetables like kale, broccoli and spinach. The vitamin C also improves the body’s ability to absorb the iron in those vegetables. Apple is one of the best fruits to juice. It has a very sweet flavour and releases a lot of juice.
