As we mentioned earlier, we make smoothies almost every day. They are different depending on the season and what we have in our fridge, freezer and fruit basket.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/2 pineapple
1/2 teaspoon green tea powder
5 broccoli florets
a handful parsley
1cm fresh ginger, peeled
250ml unsweetened apple juice or water
3 ice cubes

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until nice and smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
