Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
250g ricotta cheese
1 quantity Basic spelt pizza dough
12 fresh apricots, stoned and sliced
150g Raw date syrup
120ml Raw date syrup

Method

  1. Smear about two tablespoons of ricotta on each pizza dough. Brush the apricot slices with date syrup and arrange them in circular shape on top. Toss on a few raspberries, then bake for about 10-15 minute until golden round the edges.
