Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 quantity Basic spelt pizza dough
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
12 uncooked potatoes, skin on, sliced
2 small spring onions, thinly sliced
6 spirgs oregano or rosemary, leaves picked
100g goat's cheese

Method

  1. Brush the dough with a thin layer of olive oil. Cover it with potato slices, onion, oregano, the goat’s cheese, salt and freshly grounded black pepper. Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the pizza and bake for about 10-15 minutes until the outer part of the topping and the edges are slightly burnt.
