Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
175ml worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon creamed horseradish
2 teaspoons tabasco
1/2 teaspoon mixed peppercorns, finely ground
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 garlic clove, finely crushed
1 teaspoon english mustard
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small jar with lid and keep chilled until ready to use. The mixture keeps well in the fridge for a few days.
