Fried chocolate bread is pretty special; add some salty cashews and tart raspberries and you’ve got yourself an amazing sweet melt. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an epic dessert.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 brioche bun
1 tablespoon cashew butter
40g dark chocolate
40g raspberries
1 teaspoon cocoa powder, to serve
vanilla ice cream, to serve

Method

  1. Slice the brioche bun in half and toast both slices under a grill until golden brown and crisp. Spread the cashew butter on the base of the brioche bun, then place the chocolate and raspberries on top. The chocolate should begin to melt from the warmth of the bun.
  2. Place the top half of the brioche bun on top of the chocolaty melt and transfer it to a plate. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
