Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100g frozen acai pulp, (see glossary)
80g frozen blueberries
1/2 banana, roughly chopped
125ml coconut water, (see glossary)
1 tablespoon agave nectar, (see glossary)

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.

Note

  • Liquid guarana is typically used in Brazil to sweeten acai, as well as for an energy boost. Agave nectar has been used as a substitute in this recipe.
