When the fruits are perfectly ripe, this simple fruit salad is stunning. You can vary the fruits to suit your taste. It looks beautiful in whisky glasses.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 blood oranges, juiced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon sugar
1 banana, cut into 5 mm slices
1 large mango, peeled and diced
1/3 pineapple, diced
2 golden kiwifruit, diced
2 passionfruit, pulped

Method

  1. Combine the orange juice, lemon juice and sugar in a bowl. Add the banana, mango, pineapple and kiwifruit.
  2. Stir in the passionfruit pulp and serve immediately. Alternatively, cover and refrigerate until 15 minutes before serving.
