Muesli with yoghurt, blueberries and banana

It’s a good idea to work out what quantity of cereal you personally need to consume in order to give you enough energy and to satisfy you until lunch time. For me it’s about one cup.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup muesli
2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
2/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon blueberries and/or other fresh fruit
1 small banana, sliced

Method

  1. Place the muesli in a bowl. Add the yoghurt and milk and stir well to combine. Leave to stand for a few minutes, then top with berries and banana slices and serve.
