A light and refreshing way to end a meal.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1kg strawberries
90g sugar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Method

  1. Slice the strawberries into halves or quarters, depending on their size, then mix them with the sugar and vinegar. Allow to rest for half an hour before serving.
