Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon canola oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon water
1/3 cup plain flour

Method

  1. Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil.
  2. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until a stiff batter forms.
  3. Drop ¼ teaspoons of the batter into the boiling water and cook for about 2 minutes, until they float to the surface. Remove from the water and serve.
