Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups self-raising flour
1 cup milk
1 cup butter, melted
1 lemon, zested

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Grease a kugelhopf cake tin. Beat all the ingredients in a bowl using an electric mixer.
  2. Pour the batter into the cake tin and bake for 1 hour.
