Who says milkshakes are just for kids? We’re all for eating healthily Monday to Friday but there is just no point in counting calories when preparing a chocolate milkshake! Without the creamy goodness of the ice cream and the rich chocolatey flavour from the brownie, this recipe simply wouldn’t work. If you don’t believe us try it, it is utterly fabulous. - Nichola

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Chocolate brownies, chopped or broken into chunks
400ml whole milk
100ml double cream
2 scoops good-quality vanilla ice cream

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or liquidizer and whizz until you reach the desired consistency – we like it quite smooth but with a few lumps of chewy brownie still intact. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy!
