No mezze platter would be complete without a traditional tzatziki dip to complement and cool the warm Eastern spices. - Gillian

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/4 cucumber, cut into small dice
1/2 celery stick, cut into small dice
300g natural yoghurt
2 tablespoons roughly chopped mint leaves
1 teaspoon sea salt
coarsely ground black pepper

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Ideally, leave to chill for an hour in the fridge before serving to allow the flavours to settle and amalgamate.
