Method

  1. Mix 250 g grated feta, 1 lightly beaten free-range egg, 1 finely diced shallot, 1 finely diced small clove garlic and 1/2 cup chopped dill in a large bowl, then season with sea salt and freshly ground white pepper. Prepare and fill the gözleme and fry in melted butter. Serve hot from the pan with a sprinkle of sea salt and a few pomegranate seeds, if you like.
