Method

  1. Mix 3 tablespoons za’atar and 1 tablespoon ground sumac with enough olive oil to make a thick paste. Roll the pizza dough out into rounds 10 cm in diameter and brush with olive oil. Smear the za’atar topping thinly over the rounds and bake for 3 minutes.
