Fresh fruit curds and purées swirled into softly whipped cream with a little caramel make some of the simplest and most delectable desserts. Serve with wafer biscuits with fresh or poached fruit salads or your favourite cakes. Fruit curds and purées can also be folded into Vanilla ice-cream base for a stunning ice cream.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500ml cream
60ml Caramel orange syrup

Method

  1. Whip the cream to soft peaks and swirl in the caramel and fruit curd or purée of your choice. Serve in a glass bowl, or individual glass dishes for the prettiest presentation.
