Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 tablespoons sweet paprika
4 tablespoons black pepper, finely ground
3 tablespoons cumin seeds, finely ground
2 tablespoons coriander seeds, finely ground
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons ground cloves
1 tablespoon ground cardamom
1 tablespoon ground star anise
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and store in an airtight jar for up to 6 months.
