Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 garlic cloves, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Method

  1. Fry the garlic in the oil over a low heat, taking care not to let it colour. Tip into a mortar, add the coriander and salt and pound to a paste. Store in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks.
