Manoushi bread dough
3 tablespoons za’atar
1 tablespoon ground sumac
100ml extra-virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Prepare the dough. Preheat oven to the highest temperature.
  2. Roll bread out into rounds. Combine the topping ingredients and spread over the dough. Bake for 3 minutes.
